Terms of Service

Besluit.ai converts audio recordings of meetings into structured notes, with the help of a personal knowledge base. The service is intended for professional use by individuals and small teams. Besluit.ai is a service of 4AT Media (KvK 42107739, VAT NL005499478B88), based in the Netherlands.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users.
• We reserve the right to block or delete an account in cases of abuse.

You retain all rights to the audio recordings, transcripts and notes you upload or generate through the service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely in order to provide the service. We do not sell your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

Each plan has a monthly maximum number of hours of audio that can be processed. Usage above this maximum is charged as overage at the rate of your plan. Quotas reset monthly on the first of the month. Bonus hours earned through the referral programme do not expire.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails or is not received on time, we reserve the right to restrict access to the service until payment is settled. You can cancel your subscription at any time; you retain access until the end of the paid period. Periods already paid for are not refunded. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw free of charge within 14 days of starting a paid subscription; meetings already processed may be charged pro rata. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance and take effect from your next billing period.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for damage resulting from temporary unavailability.

Besluit.ai is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding three months. The generated notes are a tool and do not constitute legal or professional advice.

You can delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate the agreement in cases of persistent abuse, after prior warning unless the situation requires immediate action. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
